Ok, so I slept in till 1000 this morning, so I skipped breakfast.
|Around noon I had two celery stalks with cream cheese.|
Then for lunch around 1400ish I had a bowl of chicken salad.. I had some left over chicken thighs (see recipe), chopped up, celery, sweet onion, grape tomatoes, walnuts, and almonds. I added a little sea salt and black pepper. Dressing, Hellman's Mayo. And to add a little zing I added home made olive oil and balsamic vinegar (see recipe), sorry no picture.
Snack, small serving of planters mixed nuts. Later snack, carrots with homemade dill dip (see recipe)
Dinner, Mixed veg's, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower from a bag, steamed for 4 minutes in microwave then sauteed in real unsalted butter and a little white pepper. I use a lot of white pepper. Deviled eggs, Steak (filet Mignon) and sour cream and horseradish sauce.
And, I drink lots of water.
