DAY 31, Dr.. Oz's green drink

3 cups  of coffee, because I got way to early.  Pictures to come later tonight, hopefully. Hoping to make a iceberg wedge salad for lunch.  

2 cups spinach
2 cups cucumber
1 head of celery
1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root (I don't have fresh ginger or parsley, so I am gonna sprinkle                  
             some from a jar :))
1 bunch parsley
2 apples
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Combine all ingredients in a blender. This makes approximately 28-30 ounces, or 3-4 servings.


  1. I made one serving and added about 1/4 fresca and it was very good. The lemon, lime, and ginger really give it zest. I squeezed about 1/2 lemon, lime, and 1/8 tsp of dry ginger.
